ECFMG® and its Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research (FAIMER®) are excited to announce that they have created a new overarching identity, Intealth. We created this identity to reflect our new, integrated approach to operations and the enhanced potential it offers to support the health professions worldwide.

Our new identity marks the success of a multi-year business transformation effort—a strategic process to ensure our continued growth and ability to meet the needs of physicians and other health professionals, the medical education and regulatory communities, researchers and policy makers, and the public. Our new identity provides an integrated and meaningful structure to support our continued growth and diversification.
Intealth is a new identity, not a new company. As members of Intealth, ECFMG and FAIMER remain separate 501(c)3 nonprofit corporations. They and their portfolios of programs and services will continue to thrive and grow under the Intealth umbrella.
There are no changes to ECFMG or FAIMER programs, leadership, or staff as a result of our new identity. If you use ECFMG or FAIMER services, there is nothing new or different that you need to do.
Intealth and its members, ECFMG and FAIMER, comprise a vibrant and growing resource for stakeholders worldwide. We look forward to enhancing our current offerings and engaging in new opportunities to advance the global health workforce.
